Positive Families is a family-oriented psychology practice focused on child and teen issues, as well as adult and couple therapy. We provide a high standard of psychological support for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, separation and divorce and expertise in parenting and stepfamily issues.

We are up to date with the latest research and specialise in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and utilise additional therapeutic frameworks including Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (ITP).

We are located in a prime position just 5 minutes from the Brisbane CBD. Free parking (up to 3hrs) is available in Paddington Central Shopping Centre or on street parking in Latrobe Terrace. Our services include:
