Larne is an experienced Psychologist who brings a fresh and positive approach to her work with children, adults and families. Her primary expertise lies in treating adults and children across a range of issues including anxiety and phobias, depression, stress, social-cognitive difficulties, parenting, grief and loss, post natal depression, blended/stepfamilies to family and relationship issues.

Larne’s warm and engaging approach enables her to quickly build rapport with children and adults of all ages. She is also passionate about relationship and marriage counselling and has assisted many couples to overcome difficulties and move forward positively. She enjoys contributing to various publications including the Body + Soul magazine parenting section, Girlfriend Magazine and Good Health. She has been a guest on the Talking Life program on 96.5FM and featured in a two part documentary series on SBS called Once Bitten: Love the second time around.

With her background in psychology and knowledge of Family law, Larne is a highly effective Family Mediator able to guide parents through the issues and challenges of separation towards a workable resolution. Larne has a special insight into the importance of child focused mediation as a result of her extensive experience supporting and counselling children after separation. Read more..

Chantelle  

Chantelle Warren

Psychologist

Chantelle is a registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society. Chantelle has experience working with a wide variety of clients in various settings, including private practice and community health, and enjoys working within a multidisciplinary framework. She is an experienced group facilitator and is particularly interested in working with children, young people and adults. Chantelle is currently completing her Masters of Clinical Psychology degree at Queensland University of Technology.  

Chantelle has an engaging, warm and relaxed approach which enables her to easily develop rapport with clients of all ages.
She recognises the importance of providing therapy that is motivating, fun and effective.   

Chantelle is committed to providing therapy that is evidence-based, effective and meets the needs of the client. She utilises a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic and Insight Therapy.

Chantelle offers counselling and psychological therapy in the following areas:-
- Child and Adolescent assessment and treatment
- Family Therapy
- Individual adult assessment and treatment
- Mood disorders and Anxiety
- Grief, Loss and Bereavement
- Personality
- Developing Identity
- Christian counselling

Chantelle will also be facilitating Positive Families Confident Kids and Teens program in Term Two.

Chantelle is motivated to support young people in the community and has been actively involved with Red Frogs Australia.

Eloise Silburn
Administration/ Confident Kids Group Coordinator

Eloise is currently completing a Bachelor of Psychology at QUT. Her natural rapport and genuine warmth have seen her  quickly become a favourite amongst kids and adults in the clinic. Eloise's role includes greeting clients, answering calls, booking appointmentsand providing administration and resource support to clinic staff, co-ordinating the Confident Kids program and assisting in groups as well as regularly filling up the mintie bowl.  

Eloise's work experience includes customer service roles at Red Hill Doctors surgery and Peter Alexander as well as Research Assistant for Neuroscience Queensland.  

Eloise achieved excellence in sport at All Hallows and was Open and Age Swimming Champion (2004-2008) and was the recipient for three Mother Vincent Awards for School Service. She is actively involved organising fundraising for the QUT social committee.
